Compact size with lots of storage - I thought it was smaller than it looked on screen. However, I'm trying to downsize the baby bag so it's for the best. I can fit water, snacks, diapers, books and my personal items with no problems and it looks good. I was really impressed with the amount of pockets and their placement. The nylon strap gets a few points off. I like that it's so adjustable. I hate that there isn't a small padded strip. I'd pay an extra few dollars for a better strap or padding. A great bag for a 'not a baby bag' look and for anyone who commutes.
